Tomorrow we will be recognizing the National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous People. Our school will be joining the community march, from the 6th Ave Ball Park and walking together to Memorial Park.
We encourage everyone to wear red to show your support. Students who wish to wear regalia are welcome and encouraged to do so.
If you are interested in singing or drumming, please meet with the Indigenous Support Workers first thing in the morning so we can come together to help lead the walk in a good way. This is an important opportunity for us to come together in remembrance, honour, and solidarity. All are welcome to join.
Prom Tickets
Attention Grade 12 students. Prom tickets are now available for you to pick up. The ticket table will be at lunch Monday, Wednesday, and Friday this week, or you can see Mrs. Poulin in the library on Thursday. We have to know numbers for the venue, so it is important that you pick up your ticket to indicate that you are planning to attend. Guest tickets, for guests who have been approved so far, are also available at the table. Just a reminder that guest tickets are $100.
Grad hot dog sale
Hey Grade 12's! Your final fundraiser is this Saturday at Buy Low. The hot dog sale is a great way for you to thank the community for supporting all of your fundraising and making it possible for you to have a fantastic prom. Use the QR code in the hallway to sign up and don't forget to wear your grad shirts to Buy Low on Saturday.
The ULTIMATE Drama Trip!
Do you want to hear more about the ultimate drama trip? It will be happening next year and involves going to Ontario over the May long weekend in 2027. It's a big trip and requires commitment now to secure a spot.
